You can cancel your subscription at any time; it stays active until the end of the current billing period and does not renew. If you are charged twice in the same billing period, or charged after you cancelled before renewal, we refund the duplicate or mistaken charge in full.
If something is fundamentally broken in the Service and we cannot fix it, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will assess a refund for the unused portion of the period.
AI credits measure real AI work performed on our infrastructure (our AI provider bills us when the work runs), so used credits are non-refundable. Monthly plan credits do not roll over and are not refundable. Unused credits from one-off credit packs may be refunded pro rata at our discretion within 14 days of purchase, provided they have not been consumed.
The pass is valid for 12 months from purchase. You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not used the agents. After that, or once agents have been used, the pass is non-refundable but remains active until expiry.
The annual membership extends for 12 months and grants a listing subject to availability. Full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not published your listing. Once your listing is live, the membership is non-refundable; you can hide your listing at any time and keep the remaining term.
Apps bought in the Velora Store are digital goods. If an app does not work as described, contact us within 14 days; we review each case with the developer and may refund the purchase price. Refundable sales are deducted from the developer's revenue and commission, and refunds to you are processed through the original payment method.
If a build fails after consuming AI work, you are charged only for the work already done. If a platform fault caused a repeated failure you believe was charged unfairly, contact us — we review and credit or refund charges caused by our faults.
Request refunds through in-app messaging or the Telegram Mini App, quoting the email on your account. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via our payment provider (Stripe) and typically appear within 5–10 business days. Chargebacks filed with your bank without contacting us first may result in account suspension.
Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights you have under the law of your country, including statutory guarantees or EU/UK distance-selling rights. Where the law provides a stronger remedy, that remedy applies. See also our Terms of Service.
