Effective 6 October 2026 · Velora AI Studio ("Velora", "we", "us")
These Terms govern your access to and use of veloraforge.ai, the Velora AI Studio, the Velora Store, ForgeHire, the Velora SDK and any related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.
You must provide a valid email address (or sign in with Google) and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your country, to purchase paid plans or credits.
Velora generates websites, web apps and mobile app packages from your plain-language instructions using AI. You describe what you want; the Studio builds, previews and packages it. Velora also hosts built apps, provides a developer console, releases and packaging, tester invites, and a consumer Store.
You own the apps you build with Velora, including the generated source code. We may only use your project content to operate the Service (for example, to generate, build, store and deploy your projects, and to detect abuse). You may export your code at any time and connect your own GitHub account to push it to your own repositories.
You are solely responsible for the content, functionality and legality of every app you build, publish and distribute. You warrant that what you build does not infringe third-party rights or applicable law. Apps published to the Velora Store must comply with our content standards; we may remove listings that violate them.
You must not use the Service to create, host or distribute content that is illegal, fraudulent, hateful, sexually exploitative of minors, or that infringes intellectual property, privacy or other rights. You must not attempt to disrupt the Service, reverse-engineer its AI models, resell access without a separate agreement, or circumvent rate limits and plan restrictions. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
Paid plans (Creator, Pro, Business) are billed monthly through our payment provider, Stripe. Each plan includes a monthly allocation of AI credits; extra credits may be purchased as one-off packs. AI credits are consumed when you use AI features (builds, Autopilot, agents, store listing drafts, the hosted AI API). Credits measure the AI work performed and are charged at our published rates, which always provide a margin over our underlying AI costs.
Credits are used at the time the AI work is performed. Failed runs that consumed AI work may still be charged for the work already done. One-off purchases (the AI Agents annual pass, ForgeHire membership, credit packs) are charged once at checkout.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. Plan changes take effect immediately with prorated billing. See our Refund Policy for when refunds are available.
AI-generated code and content may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and testing anything you build before publishing or selling it. The Service is provided without any guarantee of uninterrupted availability; we perform maintenance and may change or discontinue features. We aim to keep the Service fast and reliable, and use reasonable measures (rate limits, redundancy, monitoring) to protect it under heavy load.
If you sell apps through the Store, you set the price and Velora takes the commission shown at checkout. Store sales are processed through our payment provider. You are responsible for your listings, support of your customers, and compliance with consumer law in the markets you sell to.
ForgeHire is a directory that connects clients with freelance developers. Velora does not employ freelancers, act as their agent, or process payments between clients and freelancers — those arrangements are made directly between the parties, who are responsible for their own contracts, invoicing and taxes. The $300 annual membership fee buys a listing and associated features, subject to availability per country. Freelancers are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles.
Ambassador commissions (15% / 10% / 5% by level, for the first 12 months of a referred customer's payments) are paid in USDT after manual approval. Commissions are earned on payments actually received by Velora and are not payable on refunds, chargebacks or cancelled payments. Velora may amend or end the programme with reasonable notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velora is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced on the Service. If you do not agree with updated Terms, stop using the Service and cancel your subscription. You may close your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access for breach of these Terms.
